No matter WHICH set of rules you use, you are playing a MIXTURE, though?

How does the inclusion of 2/3 (alone) make it a mixture but 1/2 is somehow NOT a mixture?

1/2 goes with pickup. 2/3 goes with regulation. That's just how EYE see it. Not right or wrong. I just look at dudes funny when they play 2s and 3s in pickup, unless it's an actual organized run

Meh if you playing with legit dudes, I don’t see it as so crazy. Really no excuse for airballs if you think about it. I think ending the game on free throws is silly tho.

The airball rules seems more of a method used when an actual TEAM is practicing/scrimmaging. In actual pick-up, that is wild

It is wild because I have never seen/heard it being done in PICK UP.
