When I think of iso scorers i think of MJ, Kobe, AI, etc. Cant see why Harden isnt in that category. You could tell he's the hardest player to guard.
He can self proclaim whatever he wants and I'm cool with it. If people believe him, in cool with that as well.

We living in the age that we can tell anyone what you feel you're and 1. People will believe it or 2. Have no choice but to believe it, even when you know damn well is a lie.

tbh, curry definitely should've been the one taking that shot last night. especially from that distance that kd pulled it. boy aint got range like that. he had to jerk his whole body to get the ball to the rim. curry pulling tear drops from 40.
I'm good with KD pulling up ... he took the soul out of someone in the finals with a dagger like that.

Put the L on KD last night. Duke was out there trying to play hero ball. Up 6 with 1:15 left, pulled a long 3 with 16 left on the clock. Misses and falls asleep in transition and gives up the and-1 to Capella. Smfh.

He missed some normal KD shots, he's their closer though. Steph been regulated to 2nd fiddle.

The simple concept of sample size + increased minutes + team quality in the postseason equaling slight regression is lost on some.

His 3 ball falls off a cliff, but he's still getting to the line a ton, still giving you the elite playmaking and scoring, it's almost like if your name isn't Mike you're a playoff failure and choker until you aren't I guess. He's averaged 27 a game in the playoffs w/a 56TS% since he's been in Houston

Lebron scored 29 of the Cavs last 30 points on the road and *****s were calling him a choker still until he won a chip  so I get it and James isn't except I guess, he's had some playoff lowssss but this is kind of crazy. He has some all time bad playoff moments, but so does Magic, So does Kobe, so does MJ, the nature of the beast though is to highlight the bad until they win.

The Nature of the Beast is that Magic, Kobe, MJ have A LOT more positive moments than Harden & have proved time & time again on the biggest stage that they can be relied upon to bring you the same level of play they have in the regular season or even increase it... Harden has consistently shown that he doesn't.

Harden isn't having a slight regression, when compared to other elite guys his stands out

Lebron Reg season vs Playoffs
50/34/74 vs 49/33/74 Change - 1/1/0

KD Reg season vs playoffs
49/38/88 vs 47/34/87 change - 2/4/1

Steph Reg Season Vs Playoffs
48/44/90 vs 45/41/89 change - 3/3/1

Harden Reg Season Vs Playoffs
44/37/85 vs 41/31/88 change- 3/6/+3

The League averages (FOR EVERYONE) are 45/35/76

Harden is the only guy significantly below league average from the floor & three, then you add all the games where he's just completely been timid & out of his game... nah stop trying to make it seem like this is a regression every superstar sees, his game absolutely folds in the playoffs compared to the regular season.

Son still pushing this "Harden has bad moments like everybody else"

To sit and ignore how he plays awful in a lot of big games is just heavy bias.

I said the same exact thing out loud last night when the ball was in the air. That was the play that swung the game IMO. Too early in the shot clock for that, and I know he's one of the best offensive players ever, but he could've gotten that shot anytime he wanted. Houston was clinging to life at that point and that play opened the door for them.
