Also, not all those guys were five-star players. Tua, Mac Jones, CJ Stroud and Haskins we're all 4-stars which is an even bigger crap shoot.
In what world was Tua a 4 star? Stroud had a massive jump and won the Elite 11. He could’ve played virtually anywhere . Those dudes were not crap shoots. Let’s look at offer lists.

Schools like Alabama and Ohio State putting three consecutive starting quarterbacks into the first round is incredible. Development those players got at those schools cannot be discounted.
We can’t discount it with how unprepared someone like Haskins looked? How Fields struggled to process? Those guys were supremely talented dudes. Would’ve been guys in most situations. I think you’re giving too much credence to the myth of “development”

Fox once again putting out BS lists only this time they got called out for it :lol

“The first list is from GOBankingRates and only includes some “Equity” information supplied to the federal government for the 19-20 fiscal year.

The second list is from Forbes and takes into account all sources of income and their expenses, giving some weight to what they are calling “profit”. From the Forbes article, Alabama and Texas had similar incomes other than from donors, but Alabama spent more money from the athletic budget than any other school (Auburn was second).”

So Hartman playing in the bowl game before going to ND? Was he already in the portal or is it all assumptions he’s going to ND?
