I'm in Miami this weekend, where the hookup for the A&M game at?

The over arching point seems to be how good USC has been to him that it wouldn't be crazy to stay. Not so much "**** the bad NFL teams."
It’s crazy to stay because of the money you lose out on by delaying being the #1 pick, getting to the second contract, etc. The Baker and Kyler parallels are funny because he’s considered a wayyyy better prospect than those guys — and Kyler has had people organizationally call out his own preparation. But moot point anyways, he’ll be entering the draft.

The counter argument I guess would be we’ve seen the cardinals and browns destroy the careers of multiple top college prospects now so why not risk one year?

But I also don’t get why people think they’re talking about Arizona specifically. They never said that. They just said the team that gets the #1 pick. That could be anyone.

Outside of maybe Tim Couch, all those guys had a big hand in their own undoing.

The organizations certainly didn’t help but it’s a stretch to say their careers were destroyed by them like Carr’s was by the Texans.

Even if he doesn’t want to play for the Cardinals, his best move would be to pull an Eli, rather than come back to school.

He has the leverage to do so, and I’m sure the Cards would be perfectly fine taking Maye instead and getting some draft compensation back.

Yea that's not the only option for him to get what he wants, he can flat out refuse to play a down for the team he wants to avoid if they draft him

They'd have no choice but to trade him elsewhere as we've seen with Eli and Elway before.

Becoming extremely rare to see that caliber of a QB prospect stay the full 4 years in college these days

My guy.

Casper, I know Dave is fam, but he's gotta chill. I see people ready to go at his neck
The stuff they had to endure last year by these so called Christian worshippers was nasty stuff. But i get it, its part of the game but damn, they were cold blooded.

At the end of the day, it all worked out. I agree, he should let it go because they are in a better situation right now but damn, its hard to bite your tongue.

Bad teams/organizations typically draft at the top. We see this nonsense every year where media tries to drum up the idea that one of these guys shouldn’t go to the team. People were doing the same with Burrow And he’s been in a Super Bowl and 2 AFC title games in 3 years. It’s cute to discuss on a slow news day but they should absolutely call his bluff. He’ll be wherever drafts him.

What is J.T. Daniels goal? And if it’s not football which it shouldn’t t be, how many credits has he been able to transfer across four schools?

At least JT is going to get a degree from a great academic institution. But that can't be the goal.

Dude probably legit wants to make the league.

One day at work social gatherings he's gonna be able to tell his peers he could throw a football over a mountain and was the first NCAA player to lose out on 4 starting gigs at 4 schools in his 7-year career.
