I got a young homie that had to settle for the Chi 1.5 since he missed out on retail for 2015 Chi's and can't afford resale prices. At first he felt like he was missing out in life but I told him it's just material stuff and move on and rock the hell out of his 1.5's

Same thing happened to me. I still feel like I'm missing out on life though. The '85 Chicago's were my first Jordan's so they are sentimental. I'm still trying to find a good deal or a fair trade for them.

Hey wat type of insoles do you guys use on air Jordan 1s? I've never replaced or added a insole so I'd like to get a Lil knowledge.

considering getting those full length zoom air insoles on ebay that slip under the factory insole. tried looking on amazon for stuff like dr scholls and sof sole and saw reviews where dudes talkin bout puttin them in all their cowboy boots and just immediately closed the tab lol

I once bought a pair of 1.5 Chi's as a consolation for the real thing when they were on sale at Sheikh. Used military disco and got them at $100 out the door.
Then I decided I wasn't going to settle and returned them. (The girl at the store messed up and refunded full retail price of $160 but that's beside the point.)

Persistence paid off. Ended up trading a pair of OVO 10s for em. Love my pair.

Luckiest son of a gun ever on that release, I was blessed with the Shiekh raffle win AFTER Nike.com announced they were postponing the release of their pairs online........which significantly reduced the amount of pairs of these 2015 Chicagos to damn near limited.

Believe me, I was sweating my *** off waiting for that Shiekh email on that Friday

Chicago's were the easiest 1 cop for me. Grabbed 4 pairs without trying hard.

Eastbay was clutch for the chicagos if people remember. You added your size to cart and went straight into cart and checkout. I had my desktop, laptop, and phone on and copped on all 3. Then went to scoop up my Nike SM pair later in the day. 4 pairs super easy. Easiest hyped AJ1 release for me
