Tried on some Levi’s today to see which looked best with the AJ1 and the Levi’s 512 (slim taper) was the best one for me. I’m in the thicker side but there’s weren’t too tight. The 501s seemed so baggy to me.

Been wearing 501s since the 90s, and just love the fit and button fly, but they are a problem to show off Js. So it's good to see now that they have a skinny 501, which gives a similar fit around the waste, but overall a closer leg fit. Nothing like some of those jeans that looks like leggings where you end up looking like an 80s rock star trying to show the sock he stuck in his crotch, but just a cleaner fit. At least for me... YMMV

I used to rock 513s.
Then I realized levis suck and switched to uniqlo slim fit jeans.
They've been more flexible and lasted longer for fashionable everyday wear than any levis I've owned.
They look better with my 1s too

$49 but sometimes they go on sale for $39. Definitely try the regular fit jeans too in case slims are too fitted for your liking

The 502 actually had the same waist fit as the 501 but it was tapered at the bottom

But no button fly. The button fly is what makes the 501 what it is...

Light khaki, khaki brown (goldfish looking), olive, and dark green chinos.
I rock them with all my 1s, dunks, and yeezy 350s.

I just got the dark green ones and haven't worn them with anything yet. But just off my head I know they're safe with my mostly black 1s, like my black LMs, PSNY 1s, and triple blacks.

I will try with traditional 1 colors later when the snow melts

And with the grey, I'll probably just stick with jeans.

I haven't seen uniqlo with grey slim fit jeans so I might be stuck getting levis or another brand

I don't think uniqlo makes my olive joints anymore so I'm definitely gonna look into the j crew ones
