Ughh.. just got this message from Villa for bred toe order placed on 2/24- does anyone have any recommendations?
I have the order #, confirmation, showed pending charge, etc.. until this morning when they cancelled it with below message..
"This order is not processing through our system. We value you as a customer and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please take a moment to replace your order through pay pal so we can process this order for you as soon as possible. If you used a promotional code or discount, please contact us with your new order number and we will be happy to honor it. Please note that although refunds are issued immediately from Villa/DTLR, it may take your bank 2-5 business days to release those funds. Thanks for being a valued customer!"

For anybody Who is wondering how gold toes hold after a few wears, they def crease but not as bad I’ve already worn mine 2x without force shields and I walk normal in my 1s I don’t walk like a duck so anybody who is scared to wear just go ahead personally I love creases it add character to my shoes
