They look good in pics but I’m worried in person they’ll be darker and then have an ashy look

Personally I’m hoping they are a tad bit darker in person, but I definitely get what you’re saying. Being too dark can take away from the “washed” look
Might be the first year in a long time where I don't cop any 1s.... Naijas and UNC toes are the ones that pique my interest a little bit. Kind of a down year for 1s as far as cws go.This how you know 1s is dead.
Edit: nvm I forgot I grabbed the stealths for below retail a couple of months ago.

I don't think I've ever had (rather, kept and worn) a 1 with suede on it. Don't think I'll ever want one, either. I like my 1s for beating and all weather conditions so smooth leather's better in that sense.

Looks like it…I hope no one was offended. A lot of our humor bones are different, but I don’t think anyone posted with the intention to disrespect. Many of us are able to laugh at our cultural stereotypes because we’ve seen in life they are often true. But I know not many here are mistaken to think just “this” group does whatever. We’re all of the same race, the human race.
Anyways….I didn’t get a pic before I gave em to my daughter, but pink laces look good on these.

I guess I don’t get why the previous reimagined shoes looked age but these are a totally different material while not looking aged.
Not that reimagined can’t be that, I assumed their theme was an aged look.
