The 2004 retro was awesome, was nearly identical to the og. I had THREE pairs, two of which I wore into the ground 3rd pair I sold cause I was too scared to wear them due to age as they are no longer safe to wear.
Probably one of my top 5 shoes ever.

The midsole will be fine, it will be the glue that gets you. Happen to my Flints.

Yea pretty much this. The midsoles won’t crack on like say old 6’s, but they likely will separate from the rest of the shoe after a couple wears. I had a pair of og Chicago 13’s do this to me some years back.
