Trading is pretty much instant once your buy price is met. You set your buy price, someone sells at that price, you get matched, trade done.

ok I was asking because they took some time to process my payment because they had to verify it. I had to take a selfie holding my credit card and take a pic of drivers license. but good to know for the future.

Three exchanges. Bittrex for popular alts, binance for the less popular, coinbase for the big three.
