Rough game. That weird 2nd goal by the Preds really took the wind out of Vancouver's sails.
Come one boys, lets close it out in Nashville. I cant take another game 7.
the Green Men throwing up Carrie Underwood in a Canucks jersey when Fisher got that penalty in the third.

What are you talking about, seriously? No Wings fans I know has put any blame on the officiating in our series. You're reaching with that claim. The truth is Detroit played like complete *$%# for the first 3 games, with the exception of Datsyuk & Howard. The last 2 games have been filled with the type of urgency that we should of had since game 1. I still think San Jose is going to advance, but at least we are showing some dignity. No need to get bent out of shape because I think Nashville is going to beat you guys, after all it's just my opinion.Originally Posted by empirestrikesfirst

I hate watching this team. I cant imagine how frustrating it must be playing them when the refs refuse to see their blatant flopping.

There is some merit in the accusations made, but there are individuals who think games are solely determined by officiating; I am not one of them. We are accountable for not playing up to the level we are capable of and that's why we lost. Of course the home team gets calls, it's like that in every sport. I will say one thing though and that's no team dives like the Sharks. If you guys advance past the Predators you will get to see that first hand. Then you'll see what those individuals were accusing the officials of choosing to ignore.Originally Posted by empirestrikesfirst

Nothing personal, Nashville does have a chance, I can't deny that.

I wasn't implying you personally complained, but I have a couple friends who are Wing fans complain about it, and saw more than just these three articles pop up during the series...
