I would NOT fade Russ at all until KD gets back. Dude is doing HISTORIC stuff right now and we're all witnessing it.

Completely ruling out a player in every lineup usually goes badly but, no way I'm touching Tyson. The last  few times I had him he started and was out of the game before the first substitution.
