excuse my ignorance but theres so much going on in the series i may miss some things.

does anyone know Stannis is on his way to attack? lol

and how long does it take for him to get there?
littlefinger knows.. he mentioned it to someone, may have been in his meeting with cersei.. not sure though, but I know he knows

time is kinda weird and convenient in the show

i should clarify a little bit.

i know the boltons know hes gonna fight them but i was wondering if they knew he was on his way.

and yea i was asking if anyone else knew besides them two, that i didnt know.

LF knows because hes planning on picking on whats left of the winner correct?

i wonder what the curveballs gonna be that seems to easy even for LF.

Yo I was just gonna post that.

Whenever someone says "It's fine, it's fine" and shrugs....It's not fine.

I honestly hope anybody complaining about the rape scene simply never watches the show again. Problem solved.
I agree that the Water Garden fight scene wasn't good but there was nothing real about the way Oberyn fought the Mountain and "fast" striking is Hollywood not realistic. A lot of people feel GOT has been excellent with the realism when it comes to fight scenes. A big part of that is the slow strikes, and the burdened, lumbering swings. They've got armored hand to hand combat nailed down.

People are really up in arms over the ending scene?

What in THEE ****?

All of the wild **** that goes down on not only this show...but on HBO in general...and this is the thing people choose to complain about?

I need to watch that scene again cause I didn't get the whole "rape" vibe thing from it initially since they had to consummate the marriage. I thought the whole shock/cruel thing was making Theon watch.

I should know better since it's Ramsey though... :{

I mean, yeah, Sansa had to expect it was coming to some degree because it was their wedding night, but it clearly wasn't fully consensual, which makes it rape. Making Theon watch just added to the depravity and cruelness of it.

I just don't get how rape is more outrageous or shocking than mass murder, torture, canabalism, slaughtering infants, genitalia disfigurement, etc.

Seriously? I get what your saying but those chicks fighting Bronn Isn't realistic at all. He was swinging a sword and a 100 lb chick stopped his swing with two daggers. So please stop with this realism bs.
There really nothing realistic about these fight scenes.

Huh I see, but it pretty understandable that people don't like rape displayed on scene. It is not like the other stuff (sans the baby killing) were people have been desensitized to it

Especially this scene, which seems extremely pointless right now.

It seem people are upset because they think it was purely for shock value. Even though what Ramsey does in the books was horrible too. Arguably worst

And people complain about a lot of stuff on TV and HBO. Most on screen rapes draw criticism. It is such a big deal because it happen in one of the most popular show on TV

I'm talking about over the course of the five season history of the show. No, not every single scene has been releastic, like Oberyn vs the Mountain. Not that it matters, obviously that scene was perfect and didn't need realism.

Just thought it was funny that that's the scene you pointed to when saying you wanted more realistic fighting.

Ok this is my problem with Sansa. First Snitching to Cersei about leaving just so she could stay and be with Joffery, (saw where that got her)
Called her father a traitor to the town.
Had a opportunity to leave in season 2 or 3 I forget, anyway could've left even after Joffery killed her father.  (hell atleast her mom and brother was living then)
had an opportunity to leave with Brienne after saying she will protect her oath from her own mother, nope staying with Littlefinger (although he turned on my father too, but hey no big deal)
Goes back to home with Littlefinger tell him she doesn't want to stay, these are the people who killed my brother and mother.

Yup feel sorry for her all you want, I don't.

Don't forget Salsa lied about the fight between Joffrey and that butchers kid which got the kid and those dire wolfs killed (Lady and I can't remember Aryas wolfs name)

All she had to do was say that psycho attacked the kid for no reason and got the business from Arya and he would have been dealt with.

Sidequestion: I need to know what the dude on here said that got him banned. I don't feel that a person should be banned for discussing the gruesome fictitious events of an obviously brutal show. I have some rape questions and don't wanna get sniped.......

It's not that it's more shocking, it's all terrible. But, the people outraged are mainly women. Rape is a sensitive issue with them for obvious reasons. Plus it's not every day some dude is getting eaten by another and dismembered lol

If I'm thinking of the right person, he basically celebrated what happened in the last scene to Sansa and posted a bunch of :hat about it. He wasn't asking questions.

ahhhhh yeah rape is not cool, and I guess it's overboard to be happy that someone got raped. Makes it seem like you're glorifying it, even if it is fake. Still seems OD to ban him though. I remember when Theon almost got his cheeks clapped, people thought it was funny and thought he deserved it.

I love Olenna's screen time. She's like the grandma that you don't EVER mess with. OG James Bond girl.

I think we've become so desensitized to murder I find it interesting that other terrible stuff like rape, create such a shock wave. I'm not surprised, it's just interesting

It was already mentioned but the show has a lot of crazy stuff like torture, dismemberment, murder, slaughtering innocents and nobody made a peep

I understand rape is touchy, it's just that, I mean, you're watching a show that had a bunch of wild stuff the first 4 seasons. If there were rape scenes every other episode then yeah, I would agree it's probably getting a bit out of hand. I can't say that as far as how the story has played out so far though

The thing is there have other rapes acted out on screen over the course of the show. Countless references and innuendo as well. Think about how many times Arya, a child, was threatened with rape. It just gets me how people pick and choose when they want to call foul.
