As far as I know, there is no way to get the payment for the Merryweather heist, as you have Floyd dump the bomb into the ocean at the end.

Now when it comes to the third person I get stuck. I go to the hotel but I can't find him. Dudes name is junior or something. Try looking for him but I run out of time.
