I got an Iphone in late Dec with ATTt. I have software version 2.2. Im guessing it's either a 2nd or 3rd gen but do i have to jailbreak it in order to takeadvantage of the phone like most of you have? If I were to jailbreak it, how many problems would i run into?

Yes you do.. And installous was down because I think they changed their servers to appscene.. I dl'd photogene in like 45 seconds..

yeah man im so excited, that was the best thing back in the day for windows. creating your own custom ipsw with your own boot logos and custom packages. I washoping they would release 32 gb back in the macworld event, guess im going to have to jump the gun and cop and 16gb 3g iphone since the nano is releasing injune.

it hasnt been completely confirmed, but sources like iclarified, gizmodo, engadget, boy genius and macrumors have all mentioned it. Apple likes to release itsnext generation iphones once a year and its around june (3 year anniversery).

i have a quick question...
for the downloading on the apps, sometimes it takes me to places like media fire and such, where there is no actual download button, but just a link.
how can i get those apps off of those types of file sharing sites.
so far, i have just been able to get things from places like rapid share, and megaupload.

I have already jailbroke my phone 3g iphone, so when the windows version of pwnage tool comes out will I be able to use it without losing my apps? Because Iknow the way I did it with a firmare update I may never be able to jailbreak it again because of the baseband. Thanks in advance.
