My mistake, thought you were asking about an MC pair.
I believe they have you do a return like you would any other purchase from nike then you have to reorder a new pair yourself.

I am very pleased with the quality, it is a lot better then the IX EM ID that I got, no glue marks what so ever!!!

Damn. Finally sat down to chat and check on my MC and according to them still not even started...

Adrienne: Your order has been processed and has not started the customization process yet. We making these shoes in the order they are received. Once your shoes do start the customization process you will receive an email stating so. 

In order received.... like hell. I know this is the general response but that is insulting to throw that out there when it obviously is not true. I ordered right after they tweeted they were back. Must be the large size issue or else Nike is just full of it. 

Tell you this, better be worth the wait. Will suck if those of us waiting so long end up with jacked up pairs.
