Only fail i've ever had was on the WC3 88s, add to cart gave me an error telling me my cart time had ran out.
I think thats what your talking about.

I've never had an issue once i've successfully added to cart.

Everyone's bots are pretty similar.  I have one that opens the links and another that adds to the cart, takes about 3 seconds from when the link is tweeted.

Exactly, software has a tendency to fail in high traffic situations. Especially automated software.
