im going to put it like this. South Beach 8s weren't limited and at one point were consistently going for $1000-$1200. The only reason the prices dropped on them is because a.) the colorway got played out within a year of release due to a million different customs and b.) more limited and hyped shoes have released since then.
Miami Vice Lebron 9s would be going for more too had they not had the misfortune of going directly against the Yeezy 2s.

It's not all about internet speeds, it's about your hops/latency to store.nike.com. If your latency is very low lets say 5ms to the nike store then your chances of the server responding to you is a lot better than someone that has a 300ms ping to them.

yeah as far as i know mercer didnt say **** about it on twitter. Get Set on 36th st probably has em but they charge too much
