He's probably going to be at 24 shots a game if he continues to shoot over 40% from 3 he should get there rather easily.
24 shots a game is insanely high. I wouldn't see that. Russell Westbrook in all his stat whoring glory got to 24. Before that the league leader was 20. The year before that? Russell Westbrook with 22

Kyrie Irving is not going to shoot that much.

Bean only shot more than 24x once in his career, Jordan 4x
There are a lot players around the league who have the greenest of lights who don't shoot at that volume. It takes a special kind of player to do that. A kind of player who would routinely shoot the ball more than Kevin Durant when he wasn't in the same plane as Kevin Durant as a shooter from anywhere on the floor for example.

nah man **** derrick rose ol soft *** bird. go to war against lebron talk **** when lebron gettin jiggy with it at all star break but now he calling him daddy and shining his shoes? hell naw **** that new ***** over there
same ol noble

He just throws random numbers out there.

Until Westbrook last year, 24 shots a game hadn’t been done in over a decade, since ‘06 Kobe and Iverson. And those guys played 41 and 43 minutes per game respectively, numbers no one comes close to anymore.

And even then, they were getting up 10 free throw attempts a game. Myrie isn’t doing that

He was at 20 last year. They just lost their #2 option and the kids are going to have to grow into their new roles. He's going to carry more of an offensive burden by necessity. Especially since he doesn't get to the line as often as the others you mentioned.
