Because the Sixers starting lineup has the highest net rating in the league and the gap between them and the second highest net rating is larger than the gap between 2nd and 10th. Also the #1 rebounding team in the league, #1 passing team in the league, #1 in the league in opponent’s FG%, one of the top benches in the league after the additions of Belinelli, Ilyasova and Fultz, one of the top shooting teams in the league, well coached and have the second best player in the entire conference/top 5 player in the league. In February and March in 417 minutes without Embiid on the court the Sixers posted the scoring margin of a 56 win team. They also were the 9th team in NBA history to win at least 9 straight games by 10+ points. Oh and they’ve only lost one home game in the last 110 days.

Who's the Embiid/superstar type in your mind? Does Ingram have that level of a leap in him?
 
Ingram won’t level up like embiid but he’s gonna get better. Like simmons’ confidence.

folks that said Ben would be a bust are just salty the dude looks every bit the part of why experts considered him a transcendent player

Anthony Davis is nice and has a brilliant personality.
