Does he really improve those teams THAT much though? Some of them teams have young guys behind center that need more time but I think their upside is better than his. Daks well into his career and has been pretty mediocre overall. It’s not like he hasn’t had weapons either, he’s just not a great QB

Garoppolo and Kaep are a wash but, Kaep's Niners accomplishments aren't different. Both had defenses. Alex Smith was better than either of those two before he went to KC. His concussion stopped them from putting him back in for the hot-hand Kaepernick.
