My dude, thank you for sharing all the knowledge but you have to understand that Nike can release half-assed retros because they can. Ewing Athletics on the other hand cannot afford to release subpar products as they don't have the brand clout or stranglehold on the market that Nike does.

The GitDs grey appears to be A LOT darker, but it's deceiving because all the other panels are the same on the shoe.

I don't think those are the GITD.

Went by HoH to take a look at the GitD. The suede upper is pretty decent, and the build of the shoe is pretty good. Though in my opinion it needs the old-school flavor (i.e. Emeralds) to be worth buying...
