It’s still early enough in the year, but I very much doubt banking salaries will be much better than flat YoY and that’s after a brutal 2022 where most of us took a pay cut after a healthy 2021.
I mean, don’t cry for bankers, but we aren’t in a particularly good comp cycle right now.
