I couldn’t work out what this meant until this in the article:

Quite the oversight leaving those out.

I can see them wanting them out now so maybe that was the driver all along? - they don’t want the numbers to show an increase because of the banning of medically supervised abortions.

Jeez I’m saying you can’t “sue an abuser years after a crime” so you can’t sue them ever, since you can’t sue before a crime, it’s a comment on the stupidity of the ruling.
