How bad are they losing?
The volume of his voice is entirely too loud.

Stephen, you know what’s incompetent and radical?

Republicans hate k-12 students who don’t come from money (and they believe that even the ones who come from money should be sleep deprived and under threat of corporal punish every second they are on campus).

Their disdain for higher education is well known but their disdain for all formal education will become more well known as they react to Tim Walz’ VP selection.

It’s totally fine and appropriate for lawyers to be disproportionately represented in politics. Politics ultimately is about making, repealing, enforcing, modifying, and evaluating laws. Lawyers have generally done a better job as president than people who went to business school, that’s for certain.

But it’s nice to have a change of pace with this ticket. Only one lawyer and no Ivy League degrees.

That makes a fine contrast with the Trump Vance ticket which claim to be “populists.”

I hope that Harris and Walz pound them on this. Not as a mere gotcha, but more so to point out what the far right actually means by populism.

People like Trump and Vance only consider older, white homeowners to be the legitimate populace and everyone else exists to serve them.

Trump has gotten away with getting to cosplay as a leader of some sort of a mass movement for too long. It’s time to finish him off and expose him.
