I was referring to him not taking a government job and the boss thinking he was crazy.

I’ve dealt with that exact same thing, yes the old guys ruined it and made the stereotype we have today.

I’m not echoing right wing, I’m speaking of my experience and how they ruined a good job and because they did nothing we got a new director who was a dictator when they could have just did the bare min and we’d be good.
