We may have the rights and entitled dignity but there will always be haters no matter what and there are no politics in the world that will prevent how people feel about each other.

I think america as whole is looking past social issues and is more concern about jobs and economy.
I believe that if there is money in our pockets, we will generally be happier than the state we are in now.

Frustrated, that is the explanation. Here in NYC there are many people, minorities, those that have the attitude of Ninjahood, they are black when it is convenient. So here I stand after years of hearing people say that that are not "black", then leaning upon their heritage, that dirty little secret of I only relate to my own because I do not want to be confused with those "blacks", over there, I now get to laugh my butt off at their plight now, since Trump has relegated all non white males to ****** status. I am enjoying this, the fear. I remember every taxi cab driven by a minority passing me by because I wanted to go uptown, I remember every time a minority tried to play me to the left, and now the tables have turned due to this election. The great white man that you came to admire, the one you aspired to be, doesn't like you either, because you are taking his jobs, and using up all of his stuff, his right to scratch his wee wee anywhere he wants, his manhood is at stake, and you minority rapists are in the way of his grabbing all the ***** for himself. I find comfort in the fact that everyone is scared, but black people. Black people have been dealing since 1619, with only Native Americans dealing longer.

Nope, the real deal is this. Once legislation is passed outlawing discrimination, those that it is supposed to help the most, get left behind. Affirmative Action is the perfect example of this, as White women have benefitted more than anyone due to those programs. Black people received very little boost from it. So now wage equality is an issue. Black women are among the best educated in the whole country, and are paid even less than their white counterparts. So don't mind me if I think that even if wage inequality is addressed, that black women will still be left behind. I am done waiting for this country to do right, because it never will. Unity? I do not see it happening. Black people must get together, then take care of our own. I want complete separation.

I wasn't trying to diminish the experiences of African Americans in this country. And if I did, I apologize. I don't know what that feels like and I don't want to antagonize others. That is not what I wanted to convey.

I just wish there was bigger focus on Asian and Latino histories in our education system.

Back banks, land ownership, farms, and there are already educational institutions, so it can be done. However, there are many who still need white men to tell them what to do.

Buy black, support black, build black areas, then own it. Elect our own officials, don't even hint about intergration. You wanna come live with black people being non black? Cool, but you gotta support black while doing so. Pull all the money from white banks, put it in black owned ones. If businesses do not support black, black does not support them, period. There is plenty land available in the U.S, we had Black Wall Street once, we should be able to do it again.

Dude we are not integrated, that is the problem.

Black communities are still segregated like crazy, if your upper middle class black, you more likely to be living around lower class middle class black people that white people in your same income bracket. School busing was a major success for black kids, and it being rolled back is one of the reason our school are so bad.

You mention the loan thing. You like many other black people think it is a combined effort of racist lenders just to target black people, which in some cases it is true, but one of the reason is that black people are segregated into neighborhoods, those neighborhood have a lot of crime, those neighborhoods have a lot of lower income people, and just by algorithm, a black person might be flagged as a higher risk lender and denied a loan. These types of statistical discrimination would only get worst if we separate ourselves more.

Because the way our schools are funded, black schools would get under funded, infrastructure projects like highways would go right through black neighborhoods, police will target black neighborhoods. Matter of fact,there will be one giant target on our backs.

There problem is not that we integrated, it is we didn't integrate all the way, and in most cases our neighborhoods are extremely segregated.

Separation sounds nice, but it is a major hustling backwards move.
