Hillary washed him because dude did horrible in the South and did not do well enough in large diverse states. Nothing from this news today changes those facts. Hillary Clinton didn't make Bernie forget black people have a ton of influence in the primary.
Do you even know that this agreement was announced to the public when it was signed in 2015. Do you even know Benrie has one too with the DNC. Do you even know Bernie complained about the structure of the seal in in March of 2016. Do you even know right around the convention state parties complained about the break down of the money?
