Not at all. Pardons are well-within the legal presidential powers. This prosecution started as a result of a probe into russian collusion to influence the 2016 election. But for that, he likely wouldn't be serving time. So, there is no subversion of justice. There is a question of whether 7 years in prison is justice. But that is a conversation for a different day. Heavy fines seem more like "justice" to me.
