da FBI basically said she did it but they couldn't prove "intent" which was a cover not to indict her, cuz lets be honest..they ignored da gross negligence statute.



and there's a ABC poll that says da majority of Americans wanted to see her get fried by da FBI...

I wouldn't agree that the emails are another witch hunt, and I don't expect everyone to agree. I get it, the Clintons have been in the crosshairs of a lot of republican witch hunts, we get tired of it. Let's forget about all the stuff regarding how honest or trustworthy Clinton is. To me, confidential info at these levels is incredibly important. I had some unpopular opinions on here in regards to Snowden and Assange as well about this subject.

Did she handle classified information wrongfully? and how valuable was the info in her emails in the first place? For the first question, the State Dept IG report and Comey's comments have already confirmed that she did.

The question of how important that info actually was, is hard to answer. The public really won't know. I've seen the argument that a majority of these were really just frivolous classifications, which does happen. Like Obama said, "There's classified, then there's classified." Comey said there was top secret info.

But the most interesting bits came from the IC IG testimony.
1. IC IG didn't even have clearance to look at these emails at the time.
2. He couldn't let Congress see them, or even vaguely describe why.
3. He couldn't tell Congress which agency is withholding them.

It does give me pause to vote someone in for Commander in Chief when they likely would have lost their job as SoS for mishandling classified info.

Julian Assange is not a citizen of America, and he is hiding out to duck a rape charge in Sweden, may we not forget

Snowden willingly admitted committing crimes, and openly says that was his intention, and was out of the country before he handed over the documents to the press.

i want to like Paul Ryan but after he spent 5 minutes saying we need to find common ground and work together, he offered nothing constructive about Hillary. c'mon, boy, give me one thing you can work with her on if she's elected. smd

Ryan at his core believes he is the smartest person in the room and all this policy proposals are the absolutely right things to do, no matter if they are based in political philosophy rather than solid economic theory. He only tolerates compromise to make America believe he and his allies are competent.

The only reason he doesn't come off like an austerity loving out of out touch extremists is because so many GOP presidential candidates came with even worst plans.

Older Republican are not helping their "children and grand children," by leaving them with student debt, dim job prospects, no health insurance and a crumbling infrastructure.

Government is not a household and it is not a business and the US Federal Government is so large and stable that it can borrow at very low rates and combat the very real human damages that are caused by prolonged economic down turns. Unless you own a half a million dollars or more in bonds, austerity will do no good for your children and grand children.

Like it legit baffles me that the GOP is not going forward with a infrastructure bill. It would not be a compromise on any of their supposed "values". With interest rates for low it would be the cheapest time to go such a thing (that would be fiscally responsible), it would not be a jobs program so you're not expanding government. Private contractors with get government contracts, so it will just be a wealth transfer program helping the private sector.

The economy will grow, the GOP will look reasonable, the middle class would be helped. It is like they don't even realize how out of touch they are, even with their so called "principles"

-K.Steezy routinely made smug radically intensive comments. He did it so often that Meth had to check him, Steezy apologized, but within days he was back at it. People shade him and look at him like a joke now because his own doing. No one ganged up on him. In fact for months I defended dude because he was the homie. He used up all his good will from nearly everyone.

-Blco got banned for race trolling, after getting multiple warnings. He didn't add any balance to anything, he added weak comments and tacit bigotry.

-And I made a long post quoting you from the Trump thread bring up polls when Trump was up. It got a lot of reps, people were clowning you for getting exposed but someone reported it for me calling you a loud mouth and it got deleted. Ifyou did see it, fine, but a ton of people did so a ton of people know you full of it when it comes to posting polls.
