Surely you can’t be talking about “only lip service” when the thread has adopted Biden’s plan despite him being considered the architect of modern mass incarceration.

Which is it?

I’ll concede that in regards to protecting those vulnerable populations re: healthcare, it is lip service, but there is nothing to suggest that he wouldn’t follow through on it. People pick and choose when the words matter and when the actions matter. So either they matter or they don’t.

Let me know which it is so that I can respond properly.

If eliminating pre-existing conditions was a position Trump took years ago then I could understand, he could have changed his views.
Instead, it is a position he currently holds that he has taken action on during his tenure, including as recently as last week despite AG Barr and HHS Secretary Azar's attempts to convince him otherwise.
