people make fun of complaints about "Latinx" terminology but to me it's a worrying sign of out of touch-ness. using a term that is unpronounceable to in the Spanish to appeal to Spanish speakers seems dumb.

A. hadn't heard of it,
B. found it bizarre
and one of them; a college educated HR person had heard of it but still prefers Latino/latina
and with black men you have this natural "we've been voting 90% democrat for 40 years and things haven't changed that much", so you got some natural low- socital trust black men that can be picked off if Republicans made an actaul attempt at it.
people were mad at me but I said it over and over, these clumsy, platinum plan, Lil Wayne, 50 Cent, Ice Cube, HBCU president media op's look dumb, but most republicans don't even try to get black people.
