Green Party candidate in Montana was on GOP payroll

HELENA, Mont. (AP) — A man who registered as a Green Party candidate for Montana’s U.S. Senate race was on the state Republican Party’s payroll and heads a newly formed anti-tax group, according to a review of election documents.

Timothy Adams filed as a challenger Monday against Democratic Sen. Jon Tester, who faces a tough re-election campaign, in a race where a Green Party candidate could siphon votes from the Democrat.

The Green Party qualified as a political party in Montana on Monday, which was also the state’s deadline for candidates to file for office. Green Party officials blasted an email that morning to solicit candidates who could register by the day’s end.

Love how Third Parties at this point exist only to hurt Democrats

Just reading up on the Chlorpyrifos bans, how can you get away with that?

With so much crap on the wall, can't imagine how much has flown under the radar

Shocking...

soooo like...Russia is pointing out that we have race issues that everyone already knows about? We already know how white supremacists feel about minorities.

"Russian intermeddling is seeking to pit Americans against Americans to undermine confidence in Western-style Democracies"...this is already happening!!!

Most of the time, the news has been calling out actual activist events/activists themselves as "Russian-linked" to smear and delegitimize their messages.

Thanks Newt.

"The Office of Technology Assessment (OTA) was an office of the United States Congressfrom 1972 to 1995. OTA's purpose was to provide Congressional members and committees with objective and authoritative analysis of the complex scientific and technical issues of the late 20th century, i.e. technology assessment. It was a leader in practicing and encouraging delivery of public services in innovative and inexpensive ways, including early involvement in the distribution of government documents through electronic publishing. Its model was widely copied around the world."

"Criticism of the agency was fueled by Fat City, a 1980 book by Donald Lambro that was regarded favorably by the Reagan administration; it called OTA an "unnecessary agency" that duplicated government work done elsewhere. OTA was abolished (technically "de-funded") in the "Contract with America" period of Newt Gingrich's Republican ascendancy in Congress.

When the 104th Congress withdrew funding for OTA, it had a full-time staff of 143 people and an annual budget of $21.9 million. The Office of Technology Assessment closed on September 29, 1995. The move was criticized at the time, including by Republican representative Amo Houghton, who commented at the time of OTA’s defunding that "we are cutting off one of the most important arms of Congress when we cut off unbiased knowledge about science and technology".[2] "

Not buying this either. "America would be so peaceful and kumbaya if it wasn't for those Ruskies" FOH.

Reminds me of back in the 60s when they were saying civil rights groups were run by communists instead of them (the government) acknowledging the legit grievances of the black community. Now they say white supremacists groups are run by Russia instead of them acknowledging the threats they pose as domestic terrorist groups.

This made me chuckle this morning

Oh look, just like what our friend does in here. Looks at a single number and uses zero critical thinking or logic to come to a legitimate conclusion.

When ever trump supporters wanna post numbers to make a case for trump’s greatness I don’t let them go without giving props to Obama for doing the same. It’s fun to watch them squirm
