So here's what could be the best outcome of this saga: the Kings leave and Sacramento gets a better team with better owners, preferably local ones.

Think of it as a trade-up.

Just imagine: An exciting team with established stars as well as promising young players drawing huge crowds to a sparkling new arena downtown, built almost entirely with private money.
