This was the first time I had heard about PDD . tomdiginson replied to a question I asked about Chinese stock (I'm sure it had been mentioned in here before that but I guess i just never noticed)

So I was late to the party. So been doing research waiting to find a sweet entry point. Looks like a long term winner

They were fairly cheap ($19 a share) and have been trending upwards since. I traded them a few times through that time frame. Decided to get back in on them when China started scolding Jack Ma and other companies tanked exposing good entry points.

Anyone playing the cannabis stocks with all these states legalizing it? Looking at a CGC play .

I had ACB back in May, copped at around $19, sold in August for around 10, smh. Then my girl tells me it boomed after every state started legalizing it (she bought it at $3), so I re copped last week for $11 and now I feel like ****.

@everyone NFLX Update

NFLX now tapping the bottom of the gap fill territory. If it breaks above we can hit our first PT area of 502. Above I am looking for the final gap fill area at about 518-522.

Edit: I am now green on my averaged down position. Still holding - will alert in alerts if I have exited.

Yeah there is a group on discord. The free channel gives some information but the subscriptions channels gives much more information and you have the ability to chat with the experts. There is an education channel as well. A ton of great information.

A friend sent me a link for Robinhood in March. I signed up, bought a few stocks, came here, learned some more. Joined a group to get more knowledge and now I make a couple of trades a day....

I’ve had passive exposure and interest for years but I didn’t do much. Other than my retirement accounts, I started being active in the market and learning since covid as well, but I still haven’t gotten into options like you. One week I spent several hours dedicated to learning it and started paper trading but after my first several paper trades went bad I stopped doing it. But i think that’s awesome you’re killing options and you just started since covid

Yeah, CGC failed to hold $24, so I’ll wait to see if Texas legalizes it in January or whenever they vote on the legislation.

NIO hitting ATH today. Might grab a $50 option for next week. Tired of missing out on the gains from this stock.

Yeah, I mean I have no hope that things are getting better any time soon. Shutdowns need to happen especially before masses travel for the holidays. I'm hesitant on even visiting my family or my gfs family for Thanksgiving and they're each only 15 minutes away from us. Cases going crazy.

VIXY might be a good leverage play for a short term trade. Bidens win pushed it down. Shutdowns might spike it. It's up 8% today. Quick moves there so the timeframes and expirys can be shorter (like before end of month).
