imo if its a big move il let it go on the second day. third is pushing it. if you have more shares. sell off half and let the other half ride.

Yea it went straight up for 3 days. I was going to see if it gapped up the 4th day then sell. It gapped down instead and I hoped for a quick push higher, but it just went straight down to hell. Was holding out hope for another move up before I got out. That never happened.

I've never been good at hedging, but I'll keep this in mind next time. Need to have a plan B when things go a different direction.

Yea not sweating it too much. Obviously the extra money would've been nice, but I'm just gonna keep playing the field. Been pretty good so far YTD even with the hit I just took. Doing way better than the broad market.

I automatically take plays off now when the word hope enters my mind. Most of the time that hope gets you nowhere with the market. Learned that many a times the hard way.

Keep doing your thing, Based, and you'll get that big play again eventually.

I like it better being mostly cash at the end of the day and not taking much overnight. More relaxing for sure.

Took my last piece of MDCN off here at 3.85. Could continue running, and possibly set new highs today, but I need to build my account up so I'm realizing the gains. SeekingAlpha wrote an article on it yesterday which is probably responsible for this volume surge.

first, stop using HOPE in the markets. that emotion will end up giving you a sea of tears and prescription to high blood pressure meds.

you misinterpreted all the signs that were given because of that emotion (greed as well) and just ended up badly.

Yup to everything. Could use a good scolding.

The prelim data has been taken pretty well considering how bad it is. Currently ITM (barely), and may just end up even after all's said and done.

I wasn't celebrating or holding - it was on my watch list and saw the big jump and made the premature post lol..

But in general with penny stocks that can happen, and I didn't think that it was unusual in DCTH's case since it had fallen significantly.

Still all in on ATHX at the moment...

Seeing these #wolfpack dudes refusing to sell their junk and adding into it on the way down is scary man.

INVN was a nice trade today, but I didn't take it. Didn't play anything to be honest. Just chilled out after selling MDCN. Not even mad that that baby went to 4.24 without me since I got the meat of the move.

JRS you ain't lying about the wolf pack, a lot of cult like delusion going on there. Anybody who didn't get in under 0.02 on those stocks are going to take some huge L's. It's crazy how easily these pumpers online can swindle amatuer investors out of there money. :x

this isnt priced in yet. when the price when plunging down from its "peak" word to osama bin ladens death causing silver to drop 20%. the accumulation from the east went exponential. had a friend out in HK that had to wait in line like its black friday.
