Official Victor Ortiz vs Mayweather 9/17/11

Few thoughts:

- Victor Ortiz got caught slippin and paid for it. You could tell dude ain't about that Fight Game life, all smiling and !%%% hugging and kissing. Man...apologize once and THAT'S IT. Dude was trynna get his payday and well he got it.

- Mayweather is a CLOWN. Son needs to grow the !%$* up.

- That ref is a senile old man that needs to be put out to boxing pasture. He did a horrible job after the headbutt.

- Larry Merchant is a G

You are obviously entitled to your opinion, but as posted in this thread, Mayweather has done this before, and would do it again, he uses several tactics do gain an advantage over his opponents, and while they don't break the rules, they certainly bend them. I am a Mayweather fan because he is one of the most talented fighters I have seen in my lifetime, and what is everyone talking about? The post game interview...Mayweather makes MORE money in his next fight.

Ortiz exhibited the dumbest 30 seconds in boxing I've ever seen. First the Chuck Cecil impersonation and then the 9 million apologies leaving himself wide open for the 2 piece with a biscuit. I could tell homie wasn't ready for the big stage. But I think he comes back a better man.

This fight ain't really helped boxing's already tarnished rep.

this whole discussion has nothing to do with the written rules of the game but rather sportsmanship. Mayweather is an amazing fighter but a crappy person. He is a terrible rolemodel and if it wasnt for his amazing skills, he would probabaly be a broke loser.
