Corea vs. Argentina next.

I expect Corea to do well .... they have been playing pretty well lately and they have a good nucleus with veterans and young up and coming players.

Damn did not see Spain losing. Predictions for tomorrow

Mexico 2 France 0
Nigeria 3 Greece 1
Argentina 1 S.Korea 2 - yep an upset is about to happen

Also is anyone else tired of the low scoring/draws that are happening? Not today, but the past week has been full of them.

Stats from the Washington Post :

*Only 28 goals have been scored for an average of 1.65 per match, a significant decline from this stage of previous tournaments.

* Forlan's opening strike against South Africa was only the third scored from beyond the penalty area; the others came on goalkeeping blunders by England and Algeria. Brazil's 2-1 victory over North Korea was the only match in which both teams scored and did not end in a draw.

*Like with conferences in the NCAA basketball tournament, confederations are judged on how they fare:

South America 4-0-2
Europe 4-4-5
CONCACAF 0-1-2
Africa 1-4-2
Asia 2-2-0
Oceania 0-0-1

* Just four of the 11 matches played so far have been declared sell-outs, although eyewitness impressions have cast doubt on Fifa's official figures. The opening game at Soccer City was declared a sell-out despite empty seats being visible, and Monday's match between Holland and Denmark at the same stadium was said to be just 1,025 below the capacity of 94,700 despite almost all executive boxes in the stadium being empty. Games between lesser nations in more remote stadiums have been the worst affected. The matches between Algeria and Slovenia in Polokwane, Japan and Cameroon in Bloemfontein were both more than 10,000 below the 46,000 and 48,000 capacity respectively, and Tuesday's New Zealand v Slovakia contest in Rustenburg was nearly 5,000 short of the 42,000 capacity.

Well It's win or go home tomorrow for Mexico. Can they step it up up and win? I will not be satisfied with anything other than a W.
