OFFICIAL Ye fka "kanYe West" x G.O.O.D. Music Thread - ¥$ (AKA YE X TY DOLLA SIGN) - VULTURES 2 (NOW AVAILABLE sorta)

I mean, I do, but fine, let's skip it. Why would you consider Ye or Pablo as sad Ye? Ye I can see to an extent, but the overall feel of the music wasnt sad, just some lyrics.
TLOP sounds manic as hell. Him ending up in the hospital made me like it even more because it became really real. Its his most honest album.

Psychologist should use that era of Kanye as a case study.

A few people have said it… but it didn’t even feel like a Kanye album, felt like a compilation with Ye production and everyone else on vocals.

Did he use profanity on this album? I remember him saying in an interview that all his albums moving forward would not have cussing.

Saw a bunch of people hyped as hell over the Jay verse
I just don’t see it man
mom glad they are working back together
The clip of the verse was just ehhh (shoulder shrug)

Haven’t heard anything else though

And how the hell was “No Child Left Behind” basically all that we already heard from the commercial?

SMH

Good listen and provides some insight from people who were there

-volume was so loud and nobody could hear the lyrics
-more bass than what was heard on the stream
-Vegas listening party had "fuller/complete" songs
-nobody in the stadium knew Jay was on a verse

That verse was dope! People (not saying you) act unimpressed when Jay drops simple bars, forgetting that he is arguably the best to ever touch the mic. His verse fit the song and I think at the end of the day that might be a standout on a solid album.
