Whatever way this ends, the lakers never should have had to court Howard, he should have been courting the Lakers. If he leaves they have really overplayed there hand.

He only gets 4yrs 88 million or something like that.
and yes still state taxes.

But I believe thats a non factor because he owns a house in Florida still, I remember reading a few articles how he can claim residency in Florida for no taxes.
