YOOOOO!
Lohan and Deen?
Man if there was a sex scene I'm sure I've would of heard about it and it would be all over the media.
Makes sense. I read what it's about and it didn't make me want to read the book. I can see how it's a book fan driven movie trying to bank off that trend that Potter, GoT, and other books managed to succeed with.I see the commercial for Ender's Game and nothing about it seems worth watching to me.
You'd think I feel differently with the cast.
I have a feeling that it will be a commercial bust. If you didn't read the book, then it'll be hard for newcomers to like it.
Yo SF Chronicle over here is notorious for hating EVERYTHING. we have a similar 0-5 rating with a picture of a cartoon man sitting in a chair, from either not there at all (0) to jumping up and down (5), its a god send if you see a dude in the chair looking out, the hatred of the critics really depends on where you liveNY Daily News gave Ender's Game zero stars. Saw 12 Years A Slave last night.
The acting was on point. There were some really rough scenes and I thought the material was handled well.
DOPE movie. Dude quarterbacked that **** like Peyton Manning. I'll probably see it againEnder's Game.
There were tons of awesome things about Ender's Game, including Asa with another top-notch performance. The one thing I was disappointed by was the lack of character development in his peers. Bean seems like he was casted perfectly, but still didn't see enough of him.
This is the first book-to-film I've actually seen where I read the book first. I see where people gripe about adaptations, but it was so nice seeing Card's imagination brought to life.
