I love Hepburn but I dislike watching Breakfast at Tiffanys, the book is so much better and different.
I haven't read the book but Capote wanted Marilyn Monroe for the film, and disliked it as well.

I hate her but she is great.
And in regards to Mila, she's got the potential to become really special. Jake Gyllenhall once called Natalie Portman the modern day Audrey Hepburn, but in reality, that nod goes to Mila Kunis. She has the cuteness, likeability, and bratty silliness necessary to take over any film.
Also, I'm with you CP, Reese Witherspoon is an excellent actress that doesn't get enough credit because of the roles she chose early in her career. She might not be lead material right now, but with the right script she could most definitely make noise as a supporting actress and possibly get herself an Academy nod.
Edit: Forgot about Cruz, I like her a lot. And another actress to look out for in the future is Dakota Fanning. As long as she doesn't get all cracked out like Lindsay, she's gonna have a very special career. I'm also gonna throw Mary-Kate Olson's name out there solely for her performance in The Wackness and Weeds. She's not anywhere near as good as the other women mentioned thus far, but she has done an excellent job portraying a free spirit.

I haven't watched any of her new show, but I imagine she kills it.
Highly recommended.
I love Portman, Williams, Adams and Stone (Emma), as well.
There is someone else I'm forgetting. Been trying to figure it out for 20 minutes. It isn't Julianne Moore, but she is another one.

Sarah Polley.I love that girl. She doesn't really like Hollywood I don't think, soshe stays to herself in terms of her career, doesn't take roles to getfamous, just does what she likes. But that girl got skills.
Ever seen My Life Without Me? One of the best indie movies ever.
