I can only imagine the shenanigans that ensue in that episode.

And Elisha Cutbert.

Is there an actor that you're dreading passing away soon?

For me, it's Christopher Lee. The man just had his 90th birthday this past May, and I really don't know how much more time he has left. He's going to contribute to The Hobbitt, and I really hope that he filmed all three of his scenes for the for the films already, because I'd hate to see Peter Jackson try and compensate somehow if he doesn't make it to 2014.

I know a lot of people just know him as Count Dooku, or Saruman, but the impact he's had on horror is huge. He is quite possibly the best Dracula ever. His Hammer interpretation of Dracula is infamous.

I really like watching early Christopher Lee films where he isn't the star of the film, like Corridors of Blood (starring Boris Karloff), where even though he's only in his 30s, he's still as menacing as he's ever been on film.

What I love about the old B&W films, is that the classic actors like Lugosi, Karloff, Christopher Lee, Peter Cushing, etc. have vast filmographies. Lee has been in over 200 roles. There will always be something new for you to check out. They all might not be A-list films, but still, the films will be there to be seen. Today's actors don't do as many films. Jack Nicholson has been in ~75 films, Pacino 50, De Niro about 90.

Lee is the last great actor of classic horror, and it'll be a sad day when he passes.

Coen Bros :pimp:

Everyone's favorite straight-to-DVD horror actress, Melissa George, had a new tv series called "Hunted" start tonight on Cinemax. But it's not a mind **** movie, just a spy show. First 15 minutes were solid, we'll see how the rest goes. Mr. Eko's in it, too.

Spoiler,

Someone just got a needle injection to the eye.

Just finished watching "Remember the Titans" again and it seems every time I watch this movie I get inspired to just go out and do something great. Such a great film with good acting and story line.

Still don't get all the hype for Fight club...random.
That is because you are a bad person.

Nah, but really...the movie kinda has something for everyone and hits the critical screenplay people the same as the mainstream crowd that loves Brad Pitt, the indie crowd that loves Helena Bonham Carter, the college age philosophy types and the frat party anti-establishment types.

I think...Iono.

Bob had ***** ****?
Don't be mad cuz people you hate love Fight Club, too?

Watching this for Walken. Walken films are usually a must watch for me. Pacino is a greatly welcomed plus.

Not sure if I got a steal or not, but I just found the 6 disk Alien Anthology blu ray set for 30 bucks.

Last night I was bored and decided to rent Rock of Ages not knowing a thing about what it was.......unfortunate, that was.

Watched Amazing Spider-Man yesterday.

It was good, but I think the first two Tobey Maguire Spidey films were better.

Emma Stone though.

Most superhero fans didn't support the reboot. But after the abomination that was Spiderman 3 and Sony's terrible handling of it and the potential 4th one.. I'm fine with rebooting it and starting fresh.

It was unnecessary because it didn't change the origins drastically or retell it in a really interesting or creative way. The other options would have been to continue on with Raimi's trilogy with a new cast and director with Spiderman 4... or go back and reboot the series and just skip over the origins since we all know them. Either way there could have been complaints.

Seeing it in the theaters was important because the 3D was done well and added a lot to the viewing. Whether or not you like 3D is irrelevant, it was an important part of the movie. I liked it, but came out of it saying "I can't wait for the sequel", not because I loved it so much, but because I knew once we got the origins out of the way, now we can get into a new movie.

Also... the AV Club recently did a rundown of the 50 best movies of the 90s.

You could've got it for 20, if you traded in a DVD and used this coupon, http://www.coupons.com/install/nosupport?catid=5478 .

But still, even without the coupons, yeah it's a good deal.

No Donnie nrasco or casino or the professional on that list you posted :smh:

I don't know whether it's the case, but for a lot of Top ____ list I've seen, they may only take one film per director. Thus, since Goodfellas is on there, then Casino can't be.

Kind of like a best of each director.

This episode of Dexter was amazing. Probably the best this season so far.

I need a gif of Dex mocking Seltzer in the incinerator room

For a sec there in the end I thought Deb was down. Beginning to think the main villain was gay for Victor.

I really hope Quinn dies this season.
