DC says dont care about your weight. Bodyfat % and inches are what you should care about.

ive done it befoere but i need to be back at that.

life was a lil easier back then though, so that was a major factor.

Goal: 190-195, BF%= idk when I do hit the gym, it's more or so to lose a few pounds and gain some muscle. I focus more on strength

5'11: Last summer I was 145 and started hitting the gym hard since, now I'm at 170.

I weigh 194 lbs and I'm 5'9.5. Currently I'm sitting at high 12 percent bf. I want to keep bulking till i'm at around 205 sub at 13 percent or below. I'm really wanting to cut now though.
