It's very simple...You don't hatch the 10k eggs, hatch other eggs, and try to collect more 10k eggs.

I've never seen a Lapras. Not even once on the radar. And haven't hatched one in a 10k egg.

I started buying incubators and hatched all my eggs. Whenever I got a 10k, I would save it.
