I was looking at a used 2014/15 Fiesta St. I want something newer, fun to drive, and not too expensive. I'm open to other suggestions, but I've seen a lot of positive reviews for that one.

Do it, car's a blast. Pretty damn good aftermarket out there, too.

Theres brake pads you can get that leave no dust

Im using akebono pads and they leave no dust at all

I COATED THE INSIDE OF MY WHEELS SO IT'S EASY TO CLEAN THE BRAKE DUST OFF. I USE HONEYDEW FROM CHEMICAL GUYS TO CLEAN IT.

I get a lot of brake dust from my STI too. It's annoying because my wheels look filthy in like 2 weeks. And I gotta give them a scrub. Definately gonna look into what you guys suggested
