Latest project completed. Heavy Arms Gundam Igel Unit. This ones a bit different though. For the base of the kit I used an altered version of the Heavy Arms Custom from a company called super nova and combined it with the bandai heavy arms igel unit. Used paint it up like original heavy arms and it came out great!

Sorry not much of a Gundam fan, I sold and gave away the kits I did have, I only kept this one bcuz I've been scheming to do that custom for yrs. I'm more of a fav of these.....

you’d probably like the wings on the super nova death scythe hell better. More detail and bigger.

as for voltron I love it. If some decent kits existed I’d buy one, build it and paint it up

I've never heard of that one, but I'll check it out, I'm not much for model kits these days since I stop collecting zoids

i dont really count lego type sets as model kits but still fun to build and are awesome.

i take model kits over figures just because i feel like i get more out of it. especially because i build and paint and customize. because i spend so much time on projects now im slowly starting to justify spending more and more on individual kits. i just dropped a ton on this beast the other day. Almost 1700 pieces, metal parts, decals, and tons of LEDs. also helps that i can sell the kits that ive been sponsored to reduce the costs.

some of the things that let me mentally justify dropping $300-$400 on a kit is that it doubles as an activity lol something like the I coming right now might actually take me a year to finish between building, painting, and wiring leds and stuff. I’ve got some figures here and there but I don’t consider myself a collector

I promise I'm get pictures up I'm so far behind, here's how the TMNT is going at the moment, still missing Casey (Toon but he's in the mail from, and Metalhead still searching)

Once the Neca street bldg diorama from BBTS arrives I'll be taking everything out and redoing the whole setup.....
also i added Voltron 3rd Dimension Voltrex to my Voltron collection

I will prob add the 3rd Dimension pilots next. I'll get my Power Rangers setup pics put up later this week after the Psychos show up

the diorama is on bbts for $110, and yeah i grabbed from Target luckily
