1/60 Scale Astray Blue frame by Nillson Works

also picked up two rare third party kits
Elyn Kastrysha (which is the first 1/100 scale model
Kit of Kyshatriya from Gundam Unicorn) and Chilok Griefer Which is both resin and plastic. Both kits are actually made by the same company (Mechanicore) but in order to avoid being hammered with Copyright issues from bandai they changed their name in the beginning.

I like how you brightened up the red pieces on the painted kit. Although the red looks to be more vibrant on the chin piece than the crotch one.

Man that Kshatriya is a unicorn (pun intended), i remember people were paying an arm and a leg for them. A couple years ago, a Bluefin rep asked Bandai higher ups about a master grade 1/100 Kshatriya and they said it would not be possible due to the weight issues of the binders. There's some hope in the future that their engineers would come up with something, i'd buy it off rip

LOL...stupid i know, but i was terrified as a kid of all those characters

they're 7in tall, how much damage could they be, plus i mean Dante and Ash would have my back, i'd be more worried about my Decipticons more than anything, from combiners to Beastwars to a whole lot of others those cannons they have would do serious damage

Smudged up with the panel wash. Once I properly clean it off and add another layer of gloss coat it’ll look normal again! And yeah man Kyshatriya is a beast. A buddy of mine has been trying to get me to buy it off him for about 2 years now but the price wasn’t right. Finally was able to get him to come down to a price that made sense for me because I’m actually going to build and paint it. Which pretty much destroys the value until it’s done. Very excited eventually start it. Bandai made that excuse for Kyshatriya almost a decade ago, I think between the hi resolution line and the new master grade extreme line we’ll get one soon.

But I’ve gotta finish Zerstore before starting another mechanicore kit.


figure out how I’m going to afford this years mechanicore release that I most likely wouldn’t touch until 2022

I found this sh figuarts goku at target for 34.99. It was super random because I’ve never seen them carry these before. He was the only one too and was kind of just left by the dragon stars figures. I had to get him posed up by the dragon stars Frieza. I also found the vintage marvel legends green goblin, just need kingpin and the Spider-Man and I’m done with getting figures from that wave.
