Final Fantasy XIII owners may want to keep hold of their save gamefile for FFXIII-2, according to producer Yoshinori Kitase and directorMotomu Toriyama.
For what specific reasons, the pair didnât say. But you can probablyexpect to see some sort of surprise or goods for FFXIII-2 when you buyit.
The pair also dropped a couple more details for the game to
Famitsu, but theyâre pretty spoilerific for those who have yet to complete FFXIII itself.
Andriasang has all the details translated

Sonyâs security minded firmware update, 3.56, has been hacked withinhours of release, re-enabling custom firmware and once more throwingthe console open to homebrew developers and pirates alike.
Edge writes that Wii hacker KaKaRoTo, creator of the
home-brew firmware enabling PS3 tools,
tweetedthat the latest version of his toolset was already updated, equipped tocircumnavigate 3.56âs new security features within hours of thefirmware
going live.
In the meantime, root-key publisher GeoHot has been slapped with a
temporary restraining order preventing them from assisting others in jailbreaking their PS3 consoles.
If thatâs not enough to scare off the firmware fiends, thenKaKaRoTokâs update should spark a series of updates to custom firmwarereleases.
