"Racism is as American as baseball"

Well said. I've already let jrose5 jrose5 know and he will comment soon. I did this as a CONSERVATIVE black man
I am concerned about the mental health of the dearly departed mod, especially since drug addiction is now considered a mental health condition.

Watched the Crime of the Century Documentary on HBO. They should make a sequel that takes place in the 80s and discuss the government’s involvement in flooding crack/cocaine into the black community.

Another documentary, 13th discussed the 90s crime bill and the unfair mass incarceration. Meanwhile, all the drug dealers and users of this new epidemic get white collar crime prison terms or rehab.

Perk seems like the type to not recognize covert racism. Kyrie also does exaggerate, but BOS has a history.

Also I hate the "I never experienced it so it didn't happen" take. See black women in the workplace deal with that often.
Military guy.

We had a workshop on racism. Our last commanding general, a woman, decided to engage in the conversation after last years social outcry. Mixed crowd, obviously majority white. One of my coworkers, a black captain who was raised in Louisiana was asked if he ever experienced racism in the military. He says no. The speaker, a brother, kept asking him the question over and over again (because he found it hard to believe).

Having worked with the guy for a few months, I came to the conclusion that he was naive. And the only way he’d answer it is if the racism was overt...

I agree with your assessment.

DCAllAfrican DCAllAfrican Bend_The_Knee Bend_The_Knee this made me think about the following question I'm about to ask:

Do you think that this modern form of political correctness correlates w/ "white guilt/privilege" and is another form of racism?

Over the last few years I've noticed an "intolerance" towards any outward form of picking or "bullying" at anything different. I've grew up around fairly diverse settings and usually around minorites whether that be, east/west africans, latin/west indians (too many different types), black americans, se asians during my high school years, etc. And w/ all of those different cultures around one another observations are made and sometimes you make fun of what you see. Not even on some malicious ****, we just be cracking jokes, jokes will get cracked back et cetera. With that said, there's almost never problem a w/ this form of cultural/ethnic bonding until white come around.

I am really beginning to think that they do this (problem starting) b/c they can't do it due to them being the oppressors & they're showing another form of entitlement in how they police what people say and how they act. Like "if we can't be involved then you can't do it." It often feels like projection to me. I personally didn't really start saying the n-word until a white woman told I couldn't say the n-word. Idky it did, but when she told me "you can't say that." it completely rubbed me the wrong way. Not to mention, a lot offensive **** is offensive b/c them. How do make Japanese shorten a racial slur? Idk how, but they managed too.

Would they diversify their law firm w/ an equal amount racial groups as fast they would condemn someone saying something offense? I'm talking 8 whites, 8 blacks, 8 E. Asians, 8 Mestizos, 8 etc. I'm talking about a completely equal setting. Would they do that? Or would they have 10 whites and 8 per group for everyone else?

smh. Looks like a porn and mad offensive. Or possibly inadvertently racist due to chasing social media likes.
